disappointment

I had high expectations for this product, but I'm disappointed. I haven't heard a single negative review about this lip mask so far, so I don't know if I got a defective one, but it doesn't do anything for my lips. I ordered it because my lips have been really sore and chapped lately. The mask leaves an unpleasant film on my lips and doesn't moisturize at all. I'm really sorry.

Damaged goods and customer service is probably bad

The oil arrived damaged, spilled, the closure could not be closed completely... Customer service contacted the first time, nothing.... The second time I reminded myself, so they wrote back with one sentence..... I still have no further response to today, I've been waiting for a week.. So CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BRUTALLY SLEEPY AND UNREASONABLE.. I don't use the product so I don't know what it is like.... It's definitely oxidized.

Problem with closures

I bought this product and it arrived opened and it spilled out. The problem with the complaint was not that they sent me a new product, but the "new" product came with a broken lid that couldn't be closed properly, so if I took it somewhere, it kept spilling out... today I took the bottle out of the box and the whole lid came off and the product spilled out... I don't recommend buying from this site, I guess they don't check the products they send because they sent me a broken one twice in a row... I don't have a review for the product itself because I haven't been able to use it for more than a week
