I am 40 years old and have slightly dry sensitive skin. I primarily purchased the product as a gentle exfoliating toner for the evening. I use it several times a week, in the evening, after cleansing my skin. My skin is soft after using it, serums and creams are better absorbed into the skin, and makeup on my skin looks much more natural after the first week of use. I also use the toner for dry heels, several times a week, after showering. A fantastic product that lasts a long time and I will definitely come back to it again.
