I know the Hada Labo brand from Japan, where it is probably the number one on the market. I have about a quarter of a large package of this tonic with hyaluronic acid. I can't even imagine my morning and evening routine without this tonic. I apply it right after cleansing and pat it in with my fingers and palms until I don't have a slightly sticky feeling on the skin. I highly recommend it for dry and dehydrated skin.
