I had to get used to the consistency. It's a watery gel that dries quickly, then leaves a sticky film on the skin until you wash it off, and I don't use it under makeup because it peels, but those are the only negatives. I definitely recommend trying it. It's worth the price and it really helped my skin. After just a few uses, new breakouts stopped forming and the old ones healed faster. After a month of use, I can say that my skin is less oily and the dark spots from acne are much paler, the skin is firmer and more resilient.
