Pyunkang Yul Essence toner

The best toner I've tried. This one is exceptional in its gel-like consistency, which helps the product to better penetrate the skin and, thanks to the small molecules that make it up, into the lower layers of the skin. This makes it exceptional in that it really provides moisture to the skin for a long time, with regular use. I have already used several packages (one package is enough for a very long time, up to about 4 months). I highly recommend.
