Damaged goods and customer service is probably bad

The oil arrived damaged, spilled, the closure could not be closed completely... Customer service contacted the first time, nothing.... The second time I reminded myself, so they wrote back with one sentence..... I still have no further response to today, I've been waiting for a week.. So CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BRUTALLY SLEEPY AND UNREASONABLE.. I don't use the product so I don't know what it is like.... It's definitely oxidized.

Delivered quickly even to the Czech Republic. I highly appreciate the attached instructions in Czech and the product combination recommendations. I then use vitamin C for a short time, so I can't evaluate it objectively. For a few moments, a slight pinch on the face. I just have a problem that after absorption and application of another product (moisturizer or spf), vitamin C starts to crumble on the face

so this is the biggest hydrating hit when it comes to hyaluronic serums. I have oily acne-prone skin so a few drops are enough, but at least it lasts me a long time :heart:️
