Problem with closures

I bought this product and it arrived opened and it spilled out. The problem with the complaint was not that they sent me a new product, but the "new" product came with a broken lid that couldn't be closed properly, so if I took it somewhere, it kept spilling out... today I took the bottle out of the box and the whole lid came off and the product spilled out... I don't recommend buying from this site, I guess they don't check the products they send because they sent me a broken one twice in a row... I don't have a review for the product itself because I haven't been able to use it for more than a week

I was very satisfied with my purchase from Naureal, very fast delivery. I bought Vitamin C 23 to solve the problem of pigment spots. They appeared about 10 years ago and therefore it will probably take some time for them to disappear. I have been using Vitamin C 23% for about 3 months and my skin pigmentation has improved, the spots are lighter in color. I use it in the evening, in the morning my skin is revitalized, hydrated and softer.
