This Vitamin C Serum contains 10% 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C derivative) and Niacinamide which are powerful ingredients that improve overall skin tone and pigmentation (melasma, blemish, freckles) and brighten and boost radiance.
