I can really recommend mandelic acid.

I can really recommend mandelic acid, I apply it in the evening (like a peeling) if I see small rashes on me and my skin feels softer after it and pimples disappear. It hasn't caused any problems for me on my dry but combination skin so far, so I'm satisfied
